We are the leading UK company in the construction of swimming ponds and natural swimming pools, looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic landscaper to develop to a permanent swimming pond foreman position, for work mainly in the Home Counties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in hard and soft landscaping. Knowledge of water features and pond construction is an advantage, and good knowledge of small and large machinery is essential. Prior knowledge of swimming pond construction is not necessary.
You will be training up as a foreman in swimming pond construction so good organisation skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills, the ability to work successfully as part of a team, and good problem-solving skills.

Salary initially £24,000-£26,000 while training up to foreman position, £28,000 + once a foreman, according to skill and experience. Most work (70%) is in the Home Counties, but stay-aways will sometimes be required. Full driving license essential, as is a professional appearance.
