LANDSCAPE LABOURER / ASSISTANT for Landscape Design and Construction Company.
Outdoor Creations is an established local design led garden design and landscaping company with offices operating across Kent, Surrey , Hampshire  and South East and South West London.
An opportunity exists for a labourer /  landscape assistant to become a member of our South West London and Surrey team based in Earlsfield.
experience in the landscaping or building trade would be desirable but not essential.
Specific functions will include:
Assisting with construction of garden landscape features.
General groundwork (excavation, ground preparation)
Material movements
Site tidiness and organisation
And able with supervision to assist with:
Paving (sub base preparation, laying and pointing)
Brick and block work(small walls)
Decking (sub frames structures and laying of deck boards)
Fencing (panel and feather board construction)
Timber features (pergolas etc)
Paths and edging
Turf laying
Planting / horticulture techniques
Other duties will be assigned by the site foreman as required on each project.
Candidates should ideally be those who are genuinely interested and enthusiastic about landscape construction and are able to organise and manage their work efficiently. You will work with a supervisor who will help to ensure that work is completed to a high standard until skills are acquired to enable you to undertake your own landscaping tasks.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible,  punctual , reliable and able to show initiative. Must  be physically fit and able to do manual labour. Development will be offered for the right candidate.
