Experienced Labourer required.
This is an exciting opportunity for right candidate. You will be working across a variation of roles split between two interconnected companies. One is a landscaping business, the other is a sports surface company. We work mostly at high-end properties, mainly on small projects. The work is varied and we are willing to train the successful candidate on the more technical aspects of the role as long as you are willing to put in the work. The businesses are small and relatively new but rapidly expanding, so this is an opportunity to get on board at the right moment.
Most of our landscaping work is London based, but we cover the whole of South East with the sports aspect so there will be early morning starts and travelling involved when required. With that in mind you should be able to get to London E9 / E10 for the early starts when needed - around 6am. You should also hold a current driving license or at least be working towards obtaining one as soon as possible , as in the near future you could be expected to travel to a job and from time to time work alone, you must be very trustworthy and reliable.
Necessity:

Live local to or be able to get to Hackney, London, E9 for early morning starts when required.
Current clean driving license – or working towards obtaining one.
Landscaping or construction/ground-works experience.
Self employed with UTR.
UK resident, fluent in verbal English.
References and CV upon request.

Physically fit and strong with good stamina.
Totally reliable with excellent time keeping.
Mature and Professional Attitude towards Work (no drinkers or partying types).
Be able to follow instructions to execute job specifics correctly and in a timely manner.
Flexible – some weekend works required during peak times.
No issues with early morning starts.
No issues with travelling/driving.
Decent in appearance and polite in manner.
Ability to work as a team player or on own initiative.
Trustworthy.
