With over 170 properties in our portfolio we are looking for 2 fast and reliable labourers to work on property refreshments.
The ideal person will be able to work fast and deliver on dead lines. We are not looking for people counting the hours but making sure that the job is done.
Requirements:
experience in painting, changing silicone in bathtubs, basic plastering, grout replacing between tiles + basic carpentry and electrics. UK/European Driver license is a plus as we are ready to provide vehicle and accommodation when necessary.
The salary starts at 60 to 80pounds a day depending on experience and results. We guarantee 25 working days per month for the next 3 months.
