You must be/have:
- Practically minded with a practical working background, eg horticulture, farming, professional trade, forestry,  labouring.
- Driving licence.
- Tools experience.
- Desire to learn and create high quality gardens.
- Proactive with ability to work on your own or in a team.
- Physically fit and strong to lift plants, soil, operate gardening tools.
Full training provided for those wishing to progress in horticulture.  Job opportunities at all levels from labourers to Team Leaders.
We also have a small garden centre/yard where we need someone to manage, run, organise, maintain the plants/land and provide support and prepare plants/flowers/materials for the landscaping and maintenance teams.
