We are a timber window and door fitting company is looking to hire labourers.

We don’t require experience, as we believe in hiring based on motivation and attitude, and there’s a clearly defined route to progression for you to follow. We assess all subcontractors on a monthly basis, with progression depending on whether you’ve shown yourself to be capable of learning new skills and following the instructions of our Site Managers. Additionally, those who show promise will be considered for entitlement to a branded vehicle.

Newcomers start on a £80 per day (‘U’ grade), with successful completion of your monthly assessments allowing you to advance up the pay scale. We want to retain our highly skilled and motivated workers for the long term, so of course, Pay Grades aren’t the only opportunity to advance. For the right individual there will be opportunities for Management and Leadership roles, as well as opening up the option for Price Work allowing you greater freedom and flexibility.
