Main Purpose of the role
The main purpose of the role is to assist the Site Manager with day to day running of the project.
Main Duties / Accountability
Open up the site compound first thing in morning
Clean Site offices and toilets daily
Open up Hoist(s) and Scaffolds where closed off at night
Ensure tidy site
Advise Site Manager of any Health and Safety Infringements they might see
Operate Hoist (If appropriately trained)
Any other reasonable management request

Previous site based experience
Some knowledge of health and safety legislation
