Know names of a lot of construction tools used
Be intelligent and willing and able to learn quickly
Be 100% reliable and 100% honest
Be hardworking, strong and fit
Be fluent in English
Be responsible, confident and professional in attitude
Be clean, tidy and organised
Be friendly, calm and patient
Be polite, articulate and well-mannered with a good sense of humour
Be able to start as soon as possible
