The position requires the ability to drive with a full clean driving licence and to clean brickwork and strip paint from brickwork, a CSCS card is desirable.
You must be reliable, trustworthy and hardworking, with a wish to complete work to a high standard. This is sometimes hard and dirty work.
A useful background would be experience of working on building sites previously.
You will need to be able to communicate with clients and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
You will need to be aware of safety concerns and adapt working practices accordingly.
