We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced waiter / waitress to join our newly opened neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Peckham. (Full or Part -Time) Candidate needs to be able to work in a fast-pasted environment and be a team player. Minimum of 2 year experience needed to apply.

Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering  POS information system.
Basic math skills
Attentiveness and patience for customers
Excellent presentation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Active listening and effective communication skills.
Team spirit
Flexibility to work in all areas of FOH

Our menu is shaped by the seasons, creative small to medium  plates that combine the very best produce with a splash of imagination to give familiar dishes a playful twist.
Our South African roots inspire our food - whether that's slow cooking in a potjie pot over hot coals, or baking our delicious Kudu bread. ​Sourced as much as possible from local suppliers, we celebrate hunters and  foragers and gather what we can from our own herb garden and vegetable plot.
