Kerbisher and Malt is currently recruiting for its restaurant in East Sheen/Mortlake.
We are looking for kitchen porters and chefs that have a proven track record of working in busy, high tempo service kitchens.
We are an award winning restaurant that specialises in Fish and Chips and would like the candidates to understand the position of this dish within the UK market.
It would be advantageous to have a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene.
We are a young and expanding company (with 5 restaurants in London) and there are going to be many opportunities for growth and promotion within the company.
