We’re looking for a skilled and customer focused Master Barista with the WOW factor. At Konditor and Cook you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career (many of our General Managers, Bakers and Decorators started as Retail Assistants).
Training and development is a high focus.

About the Job:
• You will be managing the fulfillment of hot drinks orders by ensuring a smooth procedure that minimizes customer wait time and delivers consistently high standards of coffee.
• Driving the continuous improvement of coffee quality in the shop.
• Effectively monitoring the standards of coffee being made by the team giving feedback where necessary.
• Effectively leading staff training to improve quality and consistency of coffee.
• Owning the ordering and stock control of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the coffee machine, the grinder and the surrounding area.

About You:
• Passion for great customer service, great people, good food and excellent coffee.
• A ‘people person’ with an engaging and fun communication style and leadership.
• A team player who is always looking to learn and develop.
• A desire for a career in hospitality is a plus.
• Good barista skills and experience essential.
