About the Job:
• Bake cakes, biscuits and brownies in accordance with the company’s recipes and methods as instructed by your Kitchen Supervisor.
• Bake cakes, biscuits and brownies in accordance with the company’s recipes and methods.
• Undertake general kitchen duties in support of your section (eg. Setting up and clearing away baking equipment , cleaning and organising fridges)
• Stock-taking for the section and similar administrative duties.
About You:
• Broad baking experience, including sponges, tarts and brownies.
• Ability to meet challenging and un-timely bespoke customer requests.
• Friendly and engaging communication style.
• Attention to detail and high standards
• Passion for great customer service, great people and great food.
• A ‘can do!’ attitude
