About the Job:
General Manager
• You will inspire and lead the retail team to give great customer service, drive sales and increase spend per head.
• You will work closely with the assistant manager, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the operations of the entire site.
• You will be responsible for the performance management and development of your team.
• You will undertake various administration activities from stock management to labour planning.
• You will be reviewing and responding to your weekly flash and monthly P and L report and monitoring and controlling your stores KPIs
• Circa £25K to £35k per annum depending on experience + a bonus scheme worth up to 12.5% of the annual salary
