Reaching close to 30 sites in London you will be responsible for implementing a new training structure, overseeing the BOH new openings into the business specialising in Chefs development from Commis to Head Chef The role is going to be very hands on and, as a result, you must have great skills as a chef and a background that incorporates Branded/group restaurants and training, and you will have a passion for Asian/Oriental food with experience on the wok You will be working very closely with the company operations team and executive chef, assisting them with training and development of their kitchens, Coaching and developing the teams as the company is about to embark on a massive expansion.As this is a new role to the company there is a lot of flexibility to put your stamp on it, you will be able to structure the BOH training team and have time to spend in the business looking for the best approach.
