We are a fast growing independent and family run Italian food and coffee shop based in Euston Road. We are looking for a Kitchen team member/deli prep to join our busy kitchen operations
You must
• love food
• Previous experience as deli prep chef is essential, preferably in fast food/busy coffee shops pubs environments
• be Comfortable in working in a busy kitchen and under pressure
• Be Serious about Health and Safety standards
• be able to multitask, and be flexible and adaptable
• Want to develop and grow your career
• look for a well paid job with good hours where you are treated fairly
• Ability to multitask, and organizational and time management skills are essential
• Ability to work in team and coordinate work with others but also to take own initiative and work independently
• Be Swift, energetic full of enthusiasm and switched on
• Be a great communicator – good english is essential
• Be punctual, reliable and professional
Tasks required
• Prepping and assembling grab and go food (e.g. Sandwich, salads etc) to the highest standards and be able to manage this preparation within the expected timing
• Wastage control
• Maintaining Health and food safety procedures
• Maintaining kitchen tidiness procedures
We offer
• work hours are from Monday to Friday mainly from 3 am to 11 am
• Warren Street – Victoria line area NW1
• 5 days a week job - you are off Friday at 11 and come back to work Monday early morning
• 28 days holidays (pro rata)
