Tombo is a stylish and busy Japanese cafe in South Kensington, London.

An established and expanding business that offers authentic and healthy Japanese food, sushi and desserts in a casual environment. We also serve our award winning Japanese tea and matcha.

We are looking for an experienced kitchen team members / assistants to join the assemble section.

The Role:

- Prepare and assemble our rice bowls, Bento boxes and unique desserts for service.
- Prep the deli counter and make sure food looks presentable.
- Keeping the section neat and tidy

The Candidate:

- At least 2 years experience in kitchen / cafe environment.
- experience and knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred but not essential.
- Work well under pressure and in a busy envinroment.
- Clean and Tidy
- Work well in a team and willing to help others.
- Able to work weekends and evenings (last orders 9:30pm and 8pm on sunday)
