Job Summary
Tombo Poké and Matcha Bar (tombopoke.com) is a new and exciting sushi concept from Japanese food and matcha specialists, Tombo. We have 3 cafes across London in Soho Fitzrovia and South Kensington.
Poké is a brand new style of eating sushi which is a customisable sushi salad bowl.
We are looking for experienced kitchen team members, assistants to join our Poke team to make delicious Poke bowls.

The Role:
- We are looking for Kitchen Team Member / Chefs to join the kitchen team.
- You will be responsible for creating and assembling beautiful bowls of poké sushi in a efficient manner.
- Preparing salad and ingredients and fish for service.
- Monitoring and ordering stock
- Maintaining and implementing health and safety procedures to a high standard.
- Opening and closing the kitchen section correctly.

The Candidate:
- At least 1 years experience in a busy kitchen/food prep environment.
- Passion for sushi, salads and healthy eating.
- Previous knowledge of sushi and Japanese cuisine not required but helpful.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- experience working in a team
- Good attention to detail and being proactive.
