The two owners met in 1998 and decided on the back of travelling through Australia to open the first Noodles in a Box concept in London.
The first branch opened on the Southbank, London in 2000, we have grown to 3 restaurants until now and looking to open another 2 this year.
There have been many pretenders in this yoyo noodle world but with the help of their long established team and a lot of love, Neds still produces the Number One Noodles in a box.
The opportunity:
This position suits a Chef very passionate about cooking and Asian cuisine ready to step up her / his carrier to the next level.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience as a leader, by leading a team through thick and thin and growing with the company.
The ideal Chef must:
Have at least 3 years experience in a similar restaurant
Have a good knowledge of Asian food
Be able to use the wok
Be a natural leader
Be organised and hard working
Be able to work under pressure
Have the right to work full-time in the UK
Chef’s Duties include:
Preparing and cooking of all dishes, salads and starters
Training new staff
Managing kitchen staff
Ordering supplies and stock taking
Sorking alongside General Managers and the Directors
