Main duties: To take responsibility for our Savory menu kitchen, maintaining this efficiently and effectively, understanding customer needs and requirements, working to exceed these wherever possible.
Promote efficiency, budget awareness, company standards and commitment to area. Demonstrate a positive working style with an enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude.
Comply to Health and Safety Policies and providing assistance where required.
Work to the company Food Specifications and Policies and Procedures.
