Experienced sous and assistant chef required for newly refurbished craft beer pub in Kensington. Pubs of Distinction is a new up and coming, expanding pub company offering a large selection of craft Beers alongside a trendy, modern beer snack food menu. The role includes running the kitchen on the head chef’s days off, keeping all paperwork up to date, ordering supplies and keeping a high level of hygiene and a great standard of food quality and presentation at all times. The right candidate must have at least 2 years experience in similar role.
