Lead Kitchen Staff required for Poké restaurant in Kensington/Notting Hill.
Poké is Hawaiian Street Food and is basically a nutritious salad with Tuna/Salmon, is the newest trend from California.
You will be required to be personable, friendly, flexible and able to take on several roles. Mainly you will be required to prepare the serving bowls which means chopping and marinating the fish as well as preparing the veggies in the morning.
During Lunch you might be required to help at the till.
