Kitchen Staff Vacancy in London

Commis Chef, predominantly at night.
Duties include food preparation and service with the necessary cleaning down following each shift.
A commis chef is the most common starting position in many kitchens and in principal the most junior culinary role. A commis chef prepares food and carries out basic cooking tasks under the supervision of a more senior chef. The primary objective of the commis chef is to learn and understand how to carry out the basic functions in every section of the kitchen.
These shifts are flexible.
The day shifts start at 10am and usually finish by 3pm.
The evening shifts start at 5:30pm and usually finish by 10-10:30 Monday to Thursday and approximately. 11:00 on Friday and Saturday nights
Shifts are Monday and Tuesday night, Wednesday split shift of day and night, Thursday off, Friday and Saturday night, Sunday day.
