Brilliant Corners is a Japanese restaurant on Kingsland Road in Hackney, London.
We serve Japanese Izakaya-style food, including sushi, sashimi, and tempura.
Our aim is to use well sourced ingredients, and considered, thoughtful processes to render classic and modern interpretations of Japanese dishes.
We believe in both mastering accepted wisdom and questioning it. We want our food to be based on a sound understanding of tradition and a commitment to continual refinement and modernity.
 
We are looking to recruit new members to our kitchen team.
We gladly welcome applicants with all levels of kitchen experience, looking for both part-time and full-time roles. 
ESSENTIAL PRE-REQUISITES: 
∗ one year of experience in Sushi or Japanese food from an experienced kitchen; 
* experience, or, an active interest in, vegan food;
∗ good knowledge of hygiene, general intelligence and a love for food and culture; 
∗ an eye for detail and a hard-working temperament; 
∗ fluency in English.
