Maple and CO is looking for a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to run a growing central production kitchen close to Oxford Circus. We have recently expanded to three stores across central London and have ambitions to expand to further stores around the London area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a new Kitchen Manager to lead a great team to new levels and work within a fast paced and challenging environment.
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for day to day operations and will report directly to the Founder/ Director. The key to being successful in this role is being able to deliver Maple food that meets our taste, presentation and quality standards (we make everything fresh from scratch everyday including from our gluten-free bakery) and execute production on time.

KEY FUNCTIONS
Ensure the kitchen team follows operational procedures in a timely matter
Execute daily deliveries from central kitchen (M-F)
Maintain a clean safe work environment abiding by HACCP standards for our central production kitchen
Food hygiene health and safety knowledge minimum level 3 certification
Delivers high quality food based on the above criteria and on-time for service based on store orders and catering

Base £20K bonus up to £2K after 3 months + BONUS schemes based on performance
