The kitchen porter is the key to a happy kitchen. You will need to be super organised and able to manage your own area. Your duties will include;washing all dishes, pots and pans, keeping the kitchen clean, helping the chefs, organising the stock rooms, responsibility for the closing cleaning and checks.
