Tombo Japanese Cafe in South Kensington serves authentic Japanese cuisine and award winning green tea and matcha desserts.
We are looking for an experienced kitchen porter to help keep the kitchen and assemble section neat and tidy plus assist with food prep and stock.
The Role:
- Keep assemble section neat and tidy (washing up, putting back dishes and glasses etc)
- Help chefs with food preparation
- Organise stock, keep stock room tidy, put away and check deliveries
The Candidate:
- At least 1 years experience as at Kitchen Porter / Assistant in a London restaurant
- Hard working, organised and willing to help team
- Good level of English
- Hygienic, presentable (this is a customer facing role)
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety
- Available weekends and evenings
