Doppiozero, Italian Pasta Atelier and catering
We are looking for KITCHEN PORTER to join full time our Italian catering kitchen. Our core concept is handmade Italian food made with high quality ingredients for high end corporate and private clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
• assist in some basic food preparation
• carry out general cleaning as sweeping, mopping up, washing up, and emptying of rubbish bins
• Observe health and safety guidelines
Moreover, to fill this role you should maintain positive attitude, have good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and ability to work on your own and in teams.
It would be preferred if you have previous kitchen porter experience and basic Italian language knowledge.
