About the Pub
Leyton Technical is located in the old Town Hall, which is only a couple of hundred yards down the road from Leyton Underground station on the High Road, we’ve restored many of the original features of the building, including its marbled mosaic floors, beautiful high ceilings and chandeliers, resulting in Waltham Forest Council awarding us a Commendation for ‘Best Heritage Scheme’. The building alone is worth popping in for, but the experience is worth staying for.
Our kitchen is open seven days a week serving quality seasonal British food, traditional Sunday roasts using locally sourced ingredients. Our famous veggie Wellington is available for the non-meat eaters and we offer a Host You Own Roast menu for larger bookings. Restaurant booking is recommended, especially for the quiz and on weekends.
We offer an extensive range of Cask Marque real Ales on eight hand pumps, real cider, a selection of bottled craft Beers, seven premium lagers and wide array of wines and spirits, as well as home-made hot and cold bar snacks meaning the bar is always fully stocked with choice.
Our late license means we are open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays with DJ’s playing an eclectic range of music making us a regular weekend hang out. Other events include monthly comedy nights, the ever-busy pub quiz on Wednesdays and regular pop-up markets and local community meetings. Leyton Tech is a pub dedicated to offering the very best to the community.
