Working in a busy kitchen you will be responsible for the following:
washing, cleaning, putting stock away and also helping the experienced kitchen team with production and mise en place preparation.
this is monday - friday. Start times are generally 5am- 6am. Occasionally earlier if we are really busy. We pay £7.50 after 6 a.m. If earlier the rate is £8.50. There is also a daily food and drink allowance worth £1000/year
Most of our staff stay a really long time and we are looking for someone who is :
calm when things get busy and hot !
quick - at all times
has a good sense of humour
Good english preferred
