Kitchen Porter/Assistant at award-winning gastropub Group,
The Jolly Fine Pub Group is an award-winning business run by chef Paul Merrett and restaurateur Greg Bellamy. Together they run 3 Gastropubs: The Victoria in SW14, The Malt House in SW6 and The Fox and Grapes in SW19.
We are currently looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to work in one of our award-winning kitchen based in South West London.
The qualities we look for in a potential Kitchen Porter/Assistant:
To be follow instructions
To work in a clean and organised manner
A working knowledge of English language
Be friendly, outgoing, ambitious and energetic
Have a professional attitude to your job and career
Be legally eligible to work full time in the UK
Be looking for a permanent job for at least 1 year
Enjoy training and learning new skills

The key responsibilities will include:
To keep the kitchen and its’ equipment clean and hygienic
To assist in the preparation of food as required
To prepare food as directed by senior chefs
To maintain a clean and organised section
To action daily/weekly/monthly scheduled tasks as set by the Head Chef
To assist the chef team with deliveries
