Kitchen Porter - Full and Part Time
We are opening our debut restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden that will provide customers an original dining experience dedicated to seasonal, British, Game, rare breed and foraged produced whilst ensuring our customers receive a unique dining experience.

Key Duties:​
Running a smooth, efficient service by ensuring there is always clean equipment available.
Maintaining exceptional cleaning standards throughout the day ensuring there is always clean equipment available.
Helping chefs with food preparation
A keen interest, passion and knowledge of British Food is desirable.

The ideal candidate will:
Have a passion for working with fresh, seasonal, British produce
Enjoy a challenge and be able to think outside the box
Good sense of humour
Up to date food hygiene standards
Willing to increase your responsibility within the business
Self motivated and puts pride into their own work.
Able to cope well under pressure in a high volume environment
Be a good communicator with all members of the Native team.
Cleanliness is very important
Ensure the preparation and service of consistently good quality food.
Great emphasis will be placed on the training and development of our staff along with the restaurant allowing staff to progress and be involved in the growth of the establishment whilst gaining qualifications such as the WSET.
We are looking for someone whose wants to progress within the business and be promoted within.
Fluent english, both written and spoken is essential
In this demanding but both enjoyable and personally satisfying role staff will receive:
An hourly wage based on experience plus wage review after 3 months with the view for an increase
