We are a small friendly business based in Hackney Wick with Stalls selling our products in various London Farmer's market.
Our ethos is all about healthy food using locally sourced ingredients.
We have regulars that come to us for our gluten free and vegan baked goods, our amazing jams and preserves, our fresh Shakshuka, sambusaks and mezze salads and hummus.
The ideal candidate must have:
Previous experience in the catering industry in a similar position
Be enthusiastic and passionate about food and cooking
Have high standard of hygiene
Be honest and hard working
Must be motivated and able to work as part of a team
Be reliable and flexible
You will be required to keep the kitchen clear and tidy.
Clean all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, trays and market equipment.
Mand sure the sink area is clear.
Assist the chef with prep work.
