Kitchen Porter
A popular Gastropub in North West London. Classified as an asset of community value we are well respected in the community. We now require a friendly Kitchen Porter to join our team.
Kitchen Porter duties include:
• Maintaining general kitchen cleanliness
• Washing all utensils, crockery etc etc
• Basic food preparation
• Weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen equipment
• Assisting the chefs in basic food presentation
• End of service cleaning
• Other duties as required
The Kitchen Porter shall report directly to the head Chef or appropriate person in charge.
An excellent understanding of spoken and written English is expected. This position approximately 40 hours per week over 5 days with 2 full days off per week.
