As a Kitchen Porter at Reds you will be key to the smooth running of the restaurant during service – you keep the wheels turning for both the front and back of house teams. Your aim is to keep the kitchen clean, all crockery and cutlery washed, bins emptied, and all pots and pans and other kitchen equipment clean and tidied away. You will also help with deliveries, putting stock away in store rooms, and from time to time help with food preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a catering career – no previous experience is required but you will need a passion to be educated about true barbecue, a commitment to high standards, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and an ability to work under pressure and as part of a team as our kitchens are busy places.
