We require a kitchen porter to start immediately within our busy restaurant in South-West London. This is a full time, permanent position, 5 of 7 days per week. Whilst we are a lunchtime restaurant, we host a handful of evening openings. Must be able to work consistent weekends.
Your role will be to help to keep the kitchen running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic. Responsible for washing up and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness in all areas of responsibility. Role includes a number of additional duties, including: basic kitchen prep, ensuring the kitchen and the equipment are clean and tidy, general cleaning, unpacking and organising deliveries.
Previous experience helpful, but not required. On job training provided, more importantly we are looking for someone who is hard working, diligent, efficient and works well in a fast paced team environment.
Good command of the English language. Must prove eligibility to work in UK.
