Candidates must be able to speak and understand basic English for the purposes of training, management and communicating with colleagues. Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK and will be required to submit documentation before commencing work.

Kitchen Porter responsibilities include
1. To ensure that all kitchenware is cleaned and well maintained including using all PPE chemicals properly.
2. To follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen and clean the section and other areas as directed.
3. To report any maintenance to the head chef immediately.
4. To comply with all Rosas policies and procedures to ensure that all statutory regulations are observed.
5. To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
6. To be flexible and willing to help as assigned by the manager.
7. To help with any food preparation that is necessary.
