XU are seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter for their restaurant in Chinatown, Soho.

XU is a stylish, upscale and refined restaurant with an exciting menu that reflects the quality of locally-sourced ingredients. The 75-cover restaurant is split over 2 floors and the restaurant interiors are a reinterpretation of a cinematic set in 1920s Taipei, Shanghai.

As Kitchen Porter, you will ensure that cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations are followed and you will assist with the acceptance, checking and storage of deliveries, as well as any other duties as directed by the Kitchen and Management teams. Working 48 hours a week, 5 days a week, you’ll be working a combination of morning, evening or split shifts. ( 7 shifts in total).

Successful candidates will be highly personable, clear communicators with a natural ability to lead a team. You will also be organised, have excellent time management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
