Kitchen Porter / Prep Assistant Needed For Growing Entrepreneurial Company.

The Pure Package, a growing and award winning company that specialises in making and delivering restaurant quality meals to private clients in London, is looking to recruit a kitchen porter/ assistant to support our kitchen team. We are looking for a team player who is honest, hardworking and who shows initiative with a lot of energy and a can-do attitude. Your role will support the Head Kitchen Porter with day-to-day tasks that ensure the kitchen runs smoothly but you will also assist the Kitchen Prep Team so knife skills and knowledge of food are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a crossover of skills and likes variation within their role.

Desired skills
•NVQ Level 1 catering and hospitality
•Minimum of 6 months kitchen/porter experience.
•Cooking and prep knowledge essential
•Organised and punctual with a proactive attitude.
•Confident verbal and written English essential.
•An interest in food and nutrition is desired.
