Hours – Full Time 40 – 45 per week.  We can be flexible with hours as there are a mixture of shifts, but you must be able to work evenings and weekends We can provide a uniform.
What are the responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter/Assistant?
You will be responsible for for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and helping the chefs with some simple food preparation. You will be putting orders and deliveries away, making sure that all stock is correcvlt stored and date rotated  You will complete opening, close down and set-up procedures to the desired standard ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and comply with legislative standards. experience in not necessary, but you must be hard working , able to work quickly and under pressure, and as part of a busy team.
