Bistrotheque in Bethnal Green is looking for a full-time Kitchen Porter.  We are a busy restaurant close 2 Mins walk from Cambridge Heath station and 8 Mins walk from Bethnal Green tube.
We are open in the evenings Monday to Friday, and both day times and evenings at the weekend.
The job role includes working in the pot wash area and for those individuals that are interested, eventually assisting the kitchen in food preparation.
This would be a good job for someone who wants to learn a kitchen works with the chance to progress to a commis chef.  It's hard work at first and of course, there's a lot of housekeeping work to be done like keeping the kitchen and other areas clean and cleaning pots and pans and operating the dishwasher, but the pay is fair and the opportunity to develop exists for the right candidate.
