The Victoria Inn in Peckham is looking for a full time kitchen porter to join our team.  - This job is paid every 4 weeks.
We are a busy pub, restaurant and hotel close to the very cool area of Peckham Rye.  We are situated right on next to Peckham Rye overground station and on the very foodie Bellenden Road.
The role includes assisting the head chef in keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and preparing food items ready for service.
Full training will be given and also the chance to progress up the career ladder.  The opportunities for progression and learning are wonderful with a range of apprenticeships offered alongside your role here.
You must have a good understanding of English both written and speaking, able to work day/evenings and weekends.
The pay for the role is minimum wage, but the service charge we take weekly is divided between the staff as well meaning the hourly rate can go up to £9 per hour.
