Grind and Co. Are group of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops with unique character and we’re growing fast! We now have 9 amazing sites across Central and East London, each smashing out coffee, cocktails and food day to night, and last year we opened our own roastery and training lab in Shoreditch. The atmosphere at Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality and always the best service. So if you have buckets of energy, a passion for amazing coffee, cocktails, food and customer service then we want to hear from you!

We are set for an exciting month and the Grind team are looking to recruit energetic and enthusiastic Floor Members, Cocktail Bartenders, Baristas, Chefs and more to join our team!

The roles
Being a part of the Grind family is demanding, but if you are up for the challenge our staff are highly valued, well rewarded and as a growing business there will lots of room for growth and development. Staff will be paid dependent on experience, and will have a chance to go through our extensive coffee and cocktail training where you will learn everything you need to know to have an amazing time working for us!
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters who love fresh food and are excited by the idea of joining a growing company and want to develop with us. Here at Grind we believe in developing from within, and we like to support our Kitchen Porters to grow with our teams, so if you would like to become a chef we would like to help you get there!

Applicants must speak English, be eligible to work in the UK and be available to start immediately. We offer:
