A fabulous all round Head Chef is required for a newly refurbished kitchen in one of London’s iconic pubs, The Victoria, W2. The Victoria has gained a fabulous reputation for food over the last ten years or so and we are now needing somebody to take it to the next level. We will have a fresh food menu delivered by a  seven strong kitchen team and you will lead that team with attention to detail, passion, enthusiasm and humour. The pub will be re-opening in late March with a brand new kitchen which will be a great platform for your success. Could you be the most important person in our kitchen?
