·         Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with all daily operations in the kitchen.
·         Unload and put away all deliveries of stock.
·         Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, safe and provide a hygienic environment for the chefs to work in.
·         To keep basement/store room tidy at all times.
·         Empty bins using correct commercial waste/recycling sacks.
·         To ensure all equipment is kept clean.
·         To wash pots and pans and operate the dishwasher machine.
·         To ensure all equipment is stored away safely and in the correct place.
·         Basic tasks such food prep as and when required by chefs.
