Aiming to shine a light on this relatively untapped cuisine, Lahpet has been popularising traditional Burmese cooking by presenting Londoners with regional specialities with a hint of refinement and contemporary flare.
Lahpet will open its first permanent site in Shoreditch in early April and is looking to hire an experienced Kitchen Porter to join its growing team.
