The Jolly Fine Pub Group is an award-winning business run by chef Paul Merrett and restaurateur Greg Bellamy. Together they run 3 Gastropubs: The Victoria in SW14, The Malt House in SW6 and The Fox and Grapes in SW19.
We are currently looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to work in our award-winning Malt House kitchen based in Fulham, SW6.
The qualities we look for in a potential Kitchen Porter/Assistant:

To be able to follow instructions
To work in a clean and organised manner
Be friendly, outgoing, ambitious and energetic.
Have a professional attitude to your job and career.
Be legally eligible to work full time in the UK.
Enjoy training and learning new skills

The key responsibilities will include:

To keep the kitchen and its’ equipment clean and hygienic.
To assist in the basic food preparation tasks as required.
To maintain an organised equipment and supplies area.
To action daily/weekly/monthly scheduled tasks as set by the Head Chef.
To assist the chef team with deliveries
