Being a kitchen porter is about being perfectly placed to see how one of our kitchens operates. It means being able to work in all areas of the kitchen/cafe, helping chefs, building your knowledge and playing an important role in the smooth running of the operation - experience isn’t necessary, what’s more important is that you are friendly, helpful and keen to get involved. You’ll help with washing up, clean  areas and learn simple food preparation skills. High standards of hygiene and attention to detail are important – with the energy to stay one step ahead in a fast-moving, customer focused environment.
