We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Aubaine Mayfair.
As a Kitchen Porter you will support the Kitchen Team to ensure that the smooth running of the kitchen operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are seeking to start their chef career! You will be undertaking Kitchen Porter duties, and will also support the Kitchen Team with basic food preparation. You will be provided with internal training and coaching to support you in your professional development in order for you to become a great cook!
As a Kitchen Porter your main duties will be:

Collect and wash up pots and pans
Clean food preparation areas and equipment.
Clean crockery and cutlery
Unload food and equipment deliveries
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Complete some basic food preparation
Assist with preparation of food: Washing, peeling, cutting, cooking of food items.
Prepare ingredients and/or dishes in accordance with agreed recipes and to required quality and quantity as and when required.
Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes according to set recipes.
