As a kitchen porter at one of our restaurants you will need to be quick, hard-working, motivated, reliable and a team player. Your role is to assist the chefs in producing the exceptional standard of food that our guests have come to expect.

Our restaurants are fast-paced and busy, to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, you will need stamina, focus and good communication skills.

Your main duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and the kitchen utensils and to assist the chefs with daily service and general prep.

Hygiene will be of major importance to you and you should be able to adhere to our strict health and safety policies.

The role of a kitchen porter can be demanding, you will be required to spend long periods of time on your feet as well as being able to lift items of moderate weight.
